Terms of use

These terms govern your use of the WCM VSM Project Builder ("the service"), operated by Gushumba Industrial Engineering Consultants (GIEC), South Africa. By creating an account you accept them.

The free trial

New workspaces receive a 30-day free trial. No payment card is required. When the trial ends, your workspace becomes read-only: your data stays visible and you can still export it to PDF and CSV, but you cannot create or edit records until a licence is arranged.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for the activity of the people you invite into your workspace. Workspace owners can add, change and remove members.

Your data

The content you enter remains yours. We store and process it to provide the service, as described in our privacy notice. We may look at aggregated, non-identifying usage patterns to improve the product.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access another company's workspace or data.
• Do not upload unlawful content or anything you do not have the right to share.
• Do not resell or white-label the service without a written agreement.

Availability during the trial period

The service is offered during this trial phase on an "as is" basis while we gather feedback. We aim for continuous availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may change features while the trial programme runs. Keep your own copies of anything critical by exporting regularly.

Liability

The service supports decision-making; it does not replace your own engineering, financial or safety judgement. To the extent permitted by South African law, our liability arising from use of the service during a free trial is limited to the amount you have paid us, which for a trial is nil.

Ending your use

You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your workspace. We may suspend a workspace that breaches these terms.
