This notice explains what personal information the WCM VSM Project Builder ("the service") collects, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA) in mind.
The service is operated by Gushumba Industrial Engineering Consultants (GIEC), South Africa. For any privacy question or request, contact info@gushumba.co.za.
To give you access to your workspace, to store the studies you build, to support you during your trial, and to improve the product based on your feedback. We do not sell your information and we do not use your project content for advertising.
Only members of your company workspace, and our administrators where support or maintenance requires it. Your data is isolated from other companies using the service by database-level access rules.
Data is stored with our hosting and database providers on managed infrastructure, which may include servers outside South Africa. Transfers are protected by the providers' contractual and technical safeguards.
For as long as your workspace is active. After a trial ends, your data remains available in read-only form so that you can export it. Write to us and we will delete your workspace and its contents within 30 days.
You may ask us for a copy of your personal information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You may also complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa).
Access requires a verified email account. All traffic is encrypted in transit, and access rules are enforced in the database rather than only in the interface.
